Free Returns on full-size bottles
When you order any full-size bottle from Helio, we let you try the fragrance first so you can decide whether you want to keep it. If you don’t want to keep it, you can return it for free and receive a full refund.
How it works
After placing an order, we’ll send you a full-size bottle as well as a free sample vial. Use the sample vial to try the fragrance on your skin before opening the full-size bottle. If you don’t like the scent, you can go to our Returns Center and submit a return for the unopened full-size bottle free-of-charge within 14 days of your original purchase.

How long do you have to return your item?
You have 14 days from the purchase date to submit a return. Once the return is approved, you have another 3 days to return ship the item back to Helio.
When will you receive your refund?
As soon as we receive the returned item, we'll do a quick quality check. Presuming everything looks good, we'll issue your refund within 24 hours.
Under what conditions, can the item not be returned?
- The return period is good for 14 days from the date of delivery. After that time, you cannot return the item.
- If you open the full-size box or break the seal at any time, you cannot return the item. Similarly, if the item is damaged post-delivery and is no longer in “good- as-new” condition, you cannot return the item.
- If you're using the $20 voucher provided with the Sniffing Set, you cannot return the item.
How do you package your return?
The sample vial is yours to keep. Otherwise, ship the items back in the same packaging you received them in. If you no longer have that packaging, you can use a standard shipping box so long as you ensure the full-size box is adequately protected with bubble wrap, packing peanuts or some other material.
